Mr. Felician Hewa is an ICT officer at Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA) under the Sokoine National Agricultural library in Morogoro, Tanzania. He served in the former Knowledge management Department and he is currently the acting head of ICT sub-section at SMC Library. He is responsible for maintaining SNAL Computer Network Infrastructure, Maintaining and administering ABCD software, TEEAL, Mkulima Library and He has been involved in the development of Sokoine University of Agriculture Student Information System (SUASIS). Furthermore he is responsible for assisting user on ICT Issues in the SNAL and the University. Mr. Hewa holds Masters of Science in Information Technology and Management (MITM) (Collaborative Program with IFM) from Avinashilingahm University and a Bachelor degree in Information Technology (B TECH IT) from St Joseph College of Engineering & Technology - Dar es Salaam.
